NOTA SECRETARIAL
Con fundamento en el inciso 2 del artículo 8 de la Ley 1150 de 2007, que reza: “(…) La publicación de los proyectos de pliegos de condiciones o sus equivalentes no genera obligación para la entidad de dar apertura al proceso de selección.”
En razón a lo anterior, se informa que una vez se publiquen los pliegos definitivos, se fijará el cronograma de recepción de ofertas, el cual será vinculante tanto para la administración como para los interesados en participar.
